Three Countries, 14 States Represented

The field of 16 contenders in the 38th Annual World Championship Old-Time Piano Playing Contest and Festival is set with Ragtime and honky-tonk piano players from three countries and 14 fourteen states.

More than $4,000 in prize money awaits the champion, junior champion and winner of the New Rag Contest. Other Regular Division prospects can go on a waiting list for entry providing all 10 Junior Division spots aren’t filled by May 12, a contest deadline for revealing a program of up to six tunes.
